Our campaign officially kicked off with an inspiring evening at Gordon Manor, where nearly 60 friends, neighbors, community leaders, and supporters gathered to celebrate the launch of Diane Howard’s campaign for Redwood City - City Council, District 6.
The event was more than a campaign kickoff; it was a celebration of community. Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed refreshments, connected, and heard Diane share her vision for Redwood City. Drawing on more than 30 years of public service, Diane spoke about the importance of listening to residents, leading with integrity, supporting local businesses, and working together to build safer neighborhoods and a stronger community.
The excitement and encouragement in the room were unmistakable. New volunteers signed up, supporters shared ideas for the campaign, and meaningful conversations reinforced what this campaign is all about: bringing people together to move Redwood City forward.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who attended, volunteered, and helped make this evening such a memorable success. Your support reminds us that this campaign is rooted in community, and we’re excited for the journey ahead.
This was only the beginning, and we can’t wait to see you at our next event. Together, let’s keep Redwood City moving forward.
